NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 37thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held as follows:

AGENDA
- To confirm Minutes of the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 5 December 2022
- To discuss any matters arising
- To receive and consider the Annual Report 2022/2023
- To receive the Audited Accounts and the Auditor’s Report for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2022
- To appoint an Auditor for the Financial Year 2023
- To discuss any other matters
- To elect Councillors for 2023/2024 Council in accordance with Rule 14(c) & Rule 14(e)
Kindly submit any issues that you may wish to bring up at the 37th AGM in writing under item 6 (to discuss any other matters) of the agenda to the PIKOM Secretariat latest by Tuesday, 5 December 2023.
The closing date for acceptance of the nominations for the election of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer is Tuesday, 5 December 2023.
